The room was exceedingly small. The cleaning in the room was subpar, particularly the unclean teapot. I couldn't help but feel disappointed given the hotel's claims of comfort and quality.

The staff was friendly, always ready to help with our requests. The room was comfortable, excellent bedding which was perfect, I even found a small desk to work at, didn't expect that.
